Romeo Jozak

At the helm of Blast FC’s vision and philosophy is Dr. Romeo Jozak, a globally respected leader in professional football and youth development. With decades of experience as a coach, director, and educator, Dr. Jozak brings a unique blend of elite-level expertise and passion for grassroots development to our academy.

A former Technical Director of the Croatian Football Federation, Romeo played a key role in shaping one of the world’s most successful national programs, helping to develop players who now compete at the highest levels internationally. He also served as Head Coach of the Kuwait National Team, and held leadership roles at top-tier European clubs including Dinamo Zagreb, where he directed the club’s renowned youth academy.

Now, Dr. Jozak brings that same commitment to excellence and education to Blast FC. Under his leadership, our academy focuses not just on technical ability and tactical understanding, but also on discipline, character, and long-term development — both on and off the field.
