Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Soccer Facility Manager to oversee daily operations of our training complex while driving business development initiatives to grow the club. This position requires a hands-on leader who can ensure the facility runs smoothly and safely while building partnerships, programs, and revenue opportunities that support Blast FC’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and overall operation of the soccer facility.
    • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for players, coaches, and guests.
    • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and implement opportunities to grow the club’s programs, events, and sponsorships.
    • Develop community partnerships to increase participation and visibility.
    • Support marketing initiatives, tournaments, and special events.
  • General Administration:
    • Coordinate with coaching staff to meet training needs and facility requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and club policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in facility management, sports operations, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Business development, sales, or partnership-building experience desired.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Passion for youth sports and soccer development is a plus.
